On the reading and filing of a Complaint for Partition of Real Estate, and good cause appearing therefore; now, therefore, IT IS ORDERED:
1. NOTICE IS GIVEN YOU, Adam R. Worthy, Amanda W. Dombrowski, and Caitlin R. Worthy, and to all persons who may be affected or prejudiced by the above specified action, that on February 2, 2026, a Complaint for Partition of Real Estate was filed in the Circuit Court of Pendleton County, West Virginia. The object of the above-styled action is to obtain a partition by sale of certain real estate located in Pendleton County, West Virginia, owned by the parties as tenants in common, and to distribute the proceeds according to their respective ownership interests, including equitable adjustment for real estate taxes paid. The real estate which is the subject of this action is located in Franklin District, Pendleton County, West Virginia, containing 90.70 acres, more or less, and identified as Tax Map 26, Parcel 34.1. The Defendants, Adam R. Worthy, Amanda W. Dombrowski, and Caitlin R. Worthy, are required to appear and defend this action within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice. Failure to appear and defend may result in a judgment or decree being entered against the Defendants, including the sale of the real estate described above. A copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pendleton County, West Virginia.
2. A copy of this Order shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in Pendleton County, West Virginia, for two times as required by law; and,
