The object of the above-entitled action is a Reverter on real estate more particularly described in deed from R. Thomas Eiff, William R. Faucette, Elizabeth Sweetow and Samuel O. Taylor, Trustees under the Trust created by the Descendants of John Nuttall, dated May 27, 1949, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia in Deed Book 561, at page 290; the same real estate having previously been conveyed to Jack Nuttall, George McG. Freyberger, and Thomas G. Taylor, Trustees, by deed of Jack Nuttall, et als heirs of the John Nuttall Estate, dated May 27, 1949, of record in the aforementioned Clerk's Office in Deed Book 153, at pages 28 and 106, and it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Nuttall, LLC is the Plaintiff and verifies that it has read and knows the contents of the subject Complaint; it is ordered that JOHN C. MCVEY, J. FRANK SMAILES, THOMAS W. WITHROW, J. L. MEADOWS, D. M. MORRISON, A. W. BRAGG, BARNARD ROGERS, and MAXINE HATCHER, TRUSTEES OF THE JEANETTE BAPTIST CHURCH, OR THEIR SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS, do serve upon Paul O. Clay, Jr., Attorney at Law, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P. O. Box 746, Fayetteville, West Virginia 25840, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before the April 26, 2026 otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
