The object of the above-entitled action is a Petition for Removal, Transfer and Reinterment, or other disposition, of remains in any graves located on privately owned land on real estate more particularly described in deed dated October 20, 2022, in which Vickie Morris conveyed land to Gilbert Willis and Mary F. Willis, which deed is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia in Deed Book 831, at page 432; and it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Gilbert Willis is the Plaintiff and verifies that he has read and knows the contents of the subject Petition; it is ordered that, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JOHN HENRY BOOKER, GRACIE GREEN, MARY ANN BOOKER, BETTY BOOKER, ROSE MARIE BOOKER, BERTHA BRACKENRIDGE, JERRY BOOKER, ROBERT BOOKER, JOHNNY RAYE BOOKER, AND PORTER JARRARD do serve upon Paul O. Clay, Jr., Attorney at Law, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P. O. Box 746, Fayetteville, West Virginia 25840, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before the July 11, 2026, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
