It appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that after diligence to determine the address of Nichole Ashleigh Simmons, residency is unknown, it is hereby ordered that Nichole Ashleigh Simmons serve upon Counsel for the Petitioner, G. Isaac Sponaugle, III, whose address is: PO Box 578, Franklin, West Virginia 26807, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Appointment of Guardian filed in this action, on or before the 30th day of December, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
