Request for Proposals (RFP) for Pendleton County Board of
Education – North Fork Elementary School Stage Curtains.
The Board of Education of the County of Pendleton, Franklin, WV, will receive sealed bids for stage curtains at North Fork Elementary School located at 125 N. Main Street, Franklin, WV 26807. The sealed bids will be accepted until 3:00 P.M., local time on January 30, 2026 at the office of the Pendleton County Board of Education, 125 North Main Street, P. O. Box 888, Franklin, WV 26807. All bids should be marked “North Fork Elementary School Stage Curtains” and attention to Travis Heavner, Director of Facilities.

The successful bidder will provide curtains and installation for the selected area.
All proposals satisfying the requirements of this RFP will be evaluated and scored to establish which of the bids best fulfills the needs of the Owner and this project.
The RFP does not commit the Owner to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in preparation of the proposal or to contract for the goods and/or services offered. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this request, to rescind this RFP, if it is in the best interest of the Owner to do so. An award will be made in the best interest of the Pendleton County Board of Education.
The bidder certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she has all the appropriate li-censes and insurances and meets all the requirements required by statutes of the State of West Virginia. 1c
