The City of Pleasant Valley’s Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a special public hearing for the following request(s) on May 26, 2020 at 6:00 P.M. at the City Hall, 2340 Kingmont Road, at which time interested persons may appear and be heard.
1. Mon Health Marion Neighborhood Hospital, Inc. is requesting a Conditional Use, as required by Article 2002, III, W of the Planning and Zoning Code to permit the construction of a new small format hospital with a ten (10) bed emergency department on Landing Lane (Tax Map 22-49, Parcel 108).
