Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held during the regular meeting of the Vienna City Council on February 09, 2017 at 6:30pm. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV. The hearing is related to the proposed amendment to the City’s Home Rule Plan allowing the sale of alcohol by class âAã license holders at 10am on Sundays. Interested parties will be heard by the City Council during this hearing. Following the hearing, City Council will consider adopting an ordinance authorizing the submission of the proposed amendment of the City’s Home Rule Plan to the Municipal Home Rule Board, as part of its meeting agenda. The proposed amendment is available for inspection at the City of Vienna’s Municipal Building at 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV. This location is handicap accessible.
