Wharton, Judge of the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, at his chambers located at the Holmes Shaffer Judicial Building, One Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia, on the 29th day of September 2021 at 1:00 o’clock p.m., at such time you may be present and heard if you so desire. If you fail to answer or otherwise appear, judgment by default may be taken against you.
