Please take notice that on the 17th day of March, 2016, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of New Life United Methodist Ministries for a variance from Schedule 4-A: To reduce the rear yard setback in the R-3 District from 15′ to 5′; (2) From Table 9-A: To reduce the required parking from 33 spaces to 21 spaces and (3) From Section 9.01.C: To allow parking in the required front yard setback (10′). Purpose of Request: To construct new building.
The property is described as follows:
Lot 103 and 104 of Daniel Zane’s Addition.
More commonly known as 120, 124, 128 and 130 South Huron Street.
