This notice is in the matter of IN RE: MAKENNA ADDIE HANNAH TANNER, an alleged incapacitated person, Lawrence County Orphan’s Court Case Number 102-22. The Petitioner in this matter is Mr. Raymond Tanner, MaKenna’s father. This posting is an attempt to notify the birth mother, Ms. Danielle Dawn Tanner; the brother Mr. Brennen Tanner; and the maternal grandmother Monna Ball; last known to reside in the Parkersburg area, that this matter has been set for a hearing on December 20th, 2022, at 11:00 am. before the Honorable David H. Acker. Pursuant to 231 Pa. Code Rule 14.3, An expert report will be used as proof of MaKenna’s incapacity. No witnesses will be called. You are invited but not required to participate in this hearing. If you do not object to Mr. Raymond Tanner serving as MaKenna Addie Hannah Tanner’s guardian, you do not need to participate.
