Request for Qualifications
The Housing Authority of the City of Wheeling (“WHA”), a recipient of federal assistance through the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), hereby gives public notice of its intent to utilize a competitive negotiation process for the procurement of banking services and the execution of a General Depository Agreement (HUD-51999) as required by HUD Directive PIH 96-33 HA. WHA invites submissions from qualified firms providing banking and/or investment services (“Services”) on behalf of WHA. If you or your firm has demonstrated experience in providing Services and is interested in making your firm’s services available to WHA, you or the firm are requested to respond to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”).
