Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of June, 2023, at 2:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Waverly Dominique Bridgette Gunter will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Waters, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Waverly Dominique Bridgette Gunter to waverly dominique bridgette ali el, sr.. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
