PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that on the 19th day of March, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Peterson Rehabilitation Hospital, for a variance from Table 9-C: To increase the permitted area in the R-1A Zone from 12 sq. ft. to 116 sq. ft. and (2) To increase the number of signs allowed in the R-1A Zone from 1 to 3. Purpose of Request: To allow a 48 sq. ft. banner to remain.
The property is described as follows:
Part of Lots 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 on the Map of Woodsdale, recorded in the office of the Clerk of Ohio County in Deed Book 86 at Page 209 and recorded in Deed Book 756 at Page 733.
More commonly known as 20 Homestead Avenue.
