PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Council of the City of Williamstown in the Chambers of City Council in the City Building of Williamstown, WV, on the 15th day of August 2023 at 7:00 p.m. Following the public hearing, the City Council intends to renew the Optimum franchise agreement. Any qualified voter or any freeholder of the City of Williamstown may appear and file objections in writing. If no objections are filed, or if objections are filed and subsequently withdrawn, said renewal shall become operative on and after the 15th day of August 2023.
