Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of October, 2023 at 3:45 o’clock p.m. on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Judge Robert A. Waters, PAUL A. STAATS and KELLI L. STAATS will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia for the entry of any order by said Court changing name from PAISLEY JADE NORMAN STAATS to PAISLEY JADE STAATS, at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office at #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101.
