NOTICE OF SALE
This letter is to inform you and provide you notice that Citizens Bank of West Virginia (hereinafter “Secured Party”) will be conducting a commercially reasonable sale of personal property consisting of equipment and inventory owned by Sweet T’s County Kitchen LLC. Said equipment and inventory (hereinafter “Collateral”) includes:
1. “Equipment” which shall consist of all goods of the Debtor that are not inventory, farm products, or consumer goods; and
2. “Inventory” which shall consist of all inventory and goods, other than farm products, which (i) are leased by Debtor as lessor, (ii) are held by Debtor for sale or lease or to be furnished under a contract of service, (iii) are furnished by Debtor under a contract of service, or (iv) consist of raw materials, work in process, or materials used or consumed in business.
The Secured Party will sell or [lease or license, as applicable] the Collateral to the highest bidder in a public sale on a date as follows:
