NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL TRANSPORTATION PLANNING SERVICES
Belomar Regional Council, a bi-state metropolitan planning organization (MPO) for the Wheeling, West Virgina-Bridgeport, Ohio Metropolitan area, is seeking a qualified consultant to provide assistance with transportation planning services to include, but not limited to, the Long-Range Transportation Plan.

The purpose of the competitive process is to objectively select an individual/firm who will provide the highest quality service at a realistic fee. Accordingly, technical qualifications and related prior experience will be weighted heavily. Selected individual/firms will be interviewed, and the individual/firm judged most qualified will be asked to prepare a proposal including fixed fees for said services.

The submission envelope should be clearly marked Request for Qualifications for Professional Services for Transportation Planning. The deadline for submission is Friday, December 8, at 3:00 p.m. Please provide one (1) hard copy plus one (1) electronic copy in PDF format.
