NOTICE
The board of the Lubeck Public Service District (“District”) will consider a resolution to approve construction of a project (“Project”) to extend water service to 37 customers in the New England Ridge area of Wood County. No increase in rates will result from the Project. The resolution will be considered at the following meeting and public hearing to be held at the District’s offices, 301 Ox Johnson Lane, Washington, WV:

Copies of engineering materials concerning the Project are available for inspection at the District’s offices.
Interested parties may appear at the December 4, 2023 public hearing and be heard with respect to the Project.
