The object of the above-entitled action is to clear title to real estate in the Estate of Schonna L. White, deceased, during the pendency of the administration of said Estate. It appearing by affidavit the Plaintiff has used due diligence to serve the Defendants Michael S. White and Elizabeth (Beth) Roy and that service has been attempted on the Defendants Michael S. White and Elizabeth (Beth) Roy, without effect, accordingly.
It is ORDERED that Defendants, Michael S. White and Elizabeth (Beth) Roy, serve upon Jefferson L. Triplett, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address if P.O. Box 1365, Elkins, West Virginia, 26241, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint, filed in the Circuit Court of Randolph County on November 17, 2023, on or before December 31, 2023. If you fail to appear and plead thereto within the time required by law, judgment will be given against you. A copy of the Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
