Please take notice that on the 17th day of November, 2016, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Phil Huffner, for a variance from Schedule 6-A: To reduce the side yard setback in the I-2 Zone from 15′ to 1′. Purpose of Request: To construct an addition.
The property is described as follows:

Lot 16 in Square 23 on Plat of Caldwell’s Addition.

More commonly known as 3030 Jacob Street.
