It is hereby ordered that Courtney Lyons serve upon Steven Rentoul at the Circuit Clerk’s Office, whose address is 2 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, West Virginia, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before February 1, 2024.
