ADVERTISEMENT AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
FOR
ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES
Pursuant to W.Va. Code Section 5G-1-3, the Randolph County Board of Education is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified design professions to provide Architectural/Engineering Services to include design and construction phase administration for the Partial Roof Replacement at Elkins Middle School. Qualified firms are invited to contact Nick Alfred ([email protected] or 304-636-9150) at the Randolph County Board of Education Office to obtain a copy of the Statement of Qualification and submission requirements.
Statements of Qualification must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time on January 18, 2024, at the Administrative Office of Randolph County Schools, 40 Eleventh Street, WV 26241. In accordance with the requirements of WV Code 5G-1-3, these statements will be evaluated, and the county will conduct discussions/interview with at least three firms which are deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the services required.
The Randolph County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all statements from interested firms and to make the award in any manner deemed to be in its best interest in accordance with WV Code 5G-1-3.
