The object of the above-entitled action is to obtain a judgment relating to a deficiency balance due and owing to Elkins Rehabilitation & Care Center for the care of Darrel E. Hanlin. It appears by an Affidavit filed in this action that counsel for the Plaintiff has used due diligence, but has been unable to determine if there may be persons, other than those named in the Complaint as Plaintiff and Defendants, interested in the subject matter of the action. Those names unknown to the Plaintiff are made Defendants by the general description of the Unknown Heirs of Darrel E. Hanlin.
It is ORDERED that Unknown Heirs of Darrel E. Hanlin do serve upon Bridgette R. Wilson, the Plaintiff’s attorneys, whose address is P.O. Box 1819, Elkins, West Virginia 26241, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before April 1, 2024, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against you at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
