Proposed Substantial Amendment
Notice is hereby given by the City of Parkersburg, WV, that public comments are invited regarding the proposed changes to the Community Development Block Grant Program. Changes include removing funding from CDBG project Art/Mural Project, and adding this funding to the Sound the Alarm Program. These proposed changes shall be presented to the Parkersburg City Council for their review and adoption at its meeting scheduled on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 7:30 PM.
As part of the City’s Citizen Participation Plan, the City of Parkersburg will receive comments from March 25 to April 8, 2024.
