The object of the above-entitled action is for a Motion for Default Judgment against Michael S. White, Nancy Yokum, Sherry Streets, Jeff Adam Taylor, Paige Cononico and Brittany Taylor, with respect to Plaintiff’s Complaint to Clear Title to Real Estate, in the Estate of Schonna L. White, deceased. It appearing by affidavit the Plaintiff has used due diligence to serve the Defendant Michael S. White and that service has been attempted on the Defendant Michael S. White, without effect, accordingly:
It is ORDERED that Defendant, Michael S. White, serve upon Jefferson L. Triplett, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 1365, Elkins, West Virginia, 26241, an Answer or other defense to the Motion, filed in the Circuit Court of Randolph County, on March 20, 2024, on or before April 14, 2024. If you fail to appear and plead thereto within the time required by law, judgment will be given against you. A copy of the Motion can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
