ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of the above-entitled action is to obtain a judgment against Katherine L. Hedrick in favor of Citizens Bank of West Virginia.

Defendant, Katherine L. Hedrick borrowed and signed a Promissory Note and Security Agreement on August 31, 2004 promising to pay unto Citizens Bank of West Virginia monthly payments and pledged real estate as collateral for said loan, and as further set forth in the Promissory Note, Security Agreement and Deed of Trust.

Defendant, Katherine L. Hedrick stopped making payments and defaulted on said loan.

Plaintiff foreclosed on the real estate being held as security for the obligation of the Defendant and after the sale thereof there was a deficiency balance due to Plaintiff. Therefore this suit is to collect the deficiency balanced owed to Plaintiff.

And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that counsel for the Plaintiff has used due diligence, but has been unable to located the defendant.

It is ORDERED that Katherine L. Hedrick do serve upon R. Mike Mullens, the Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 324 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, West Virginia, 26241, an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action within 30 days from the date of this publication, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against you at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
