The Wood-Washington-Wirt Interstate Planning Commission (WWW) is considering an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2016-2019 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The TIP provides a list of transportation projects programmed over a four-year period utilizing federal funds. The amendment being considered is for changes to the transit portion of the TIP for the Mid-Ohio Valley Transit Authority (MOVTA). Projects being considered include the inclusion of bicycle shelters and repair stations at various locations within the transit service area, and the purchase of replacement buses in Fiscal Year 2017 and 2019. Anyone interested in reviewing and commenting on the proposed amendment must do so by January 24, 2017. This notice of public involvement activity and time established for public review and comment satisfies the program of projects public participation requirements.
