The Committee on Aging for Randolph County(COARC) is accepting bids for replacement of concrete sidewalks at the Senior Center property located at #1 Fifth Street in Elkins, WV.
Scope of work will include removal, disposal and replacement of sidewalks on the front (5th Street side) and side (Railroad Ave side) of the Senior Center building.
Bidder will assure that the project will be completed by June 30, 2024. Successful bidder will be responsible for all building permits, and will furnish COARC with proof of insurance, worker’s comp insurance, contractor and business licenses.
Successful bidder will work with COARC staff to ensure a safe entrance path is available to the public throughout the project.

Sealed bids will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at #1 Fifth Street or by mail at PO BOX 727 Elkins, WV 26241.
Bids will be opened at 1:00 p.m. on April 9, 2024.
