ADVERTISEMENT AND
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
FOR
ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES
Pursuant to W.Va. Code Section 5G-1-3, the Webster County Board of Education is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified design professions to provide Architectural/Engineering Services for Addition and Renovation Projects that include design and construction phase administration for the following projects:
Safe School Entrances for Webster County Schools (NEEDS2023),
Webster Springs Elementary School Renovations (MIP2023)
Webster County High School Renovations (MIP2024)
Qualified firms are invited to contact Jeremy Pyle, Director of Student Services at

at the Webster County Board of Education Office to obtain a copy of the Statement of Qualification and submission requirements.
The Owner reserves the right to award the Architectural/Engineering Services to one firm or multiple firms.
Statements of Qualification must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time on May 13, 2024, at the Administrative Office of Webster County Schools, 301 South Main Street, Webster Springs, WV 26288. In accordance with the requirements of WV Code 5G-1-3, these statements will be evaluated, and the county will conduct discussions/interview with at least three firms which are deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the services required.
The Webster County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all statements from interested firms and to make the award in any manner deemed to be in its best interest in accordance with WV Code 5G-1-3.
