Request for Proposal – Gas Well Plugging
The Randolph County Development Authority is requesting sealed firm commitment proposals for plugging of a gas well located on property located in Elkins, West Virginia. The gas well API number is 47-083-01055 and has an approximate depth of 2,741 feet. All information the RCDA has on the well is available upon request by the interested party. Proposal information must contain the following information:
– Scope of work
– Itemized cost breakdown of work
– Timeframe of project from start of work to completion
– Identification of who will perform the work, including any subcontractors
– License/insurance information from contractor and any subcontractors
Commitment proposals must be received by Friday, May 24, 2024 at 11:00 am. when they will be opened publically and read aloud. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. The proposal opening will be held at the Randolph County Development Authority office, 10 11th Street, Elkins, WV 26241. Proposals must be sealed and hand delivered or mailed as follows: Randolph County Development Authority, c/o Well Plugging Proposal, 10 11th Street, Elkins, WV 26241 or submitted via email to [email protected] with a subject heading “Gas Well Plugging Proposal.”
You may request a copy of the project information by emailing [email protected] with a subject heading “Gas Well Plugging Question.” Any questions regarding the project must be emailed to the above address and all answers will be shared with all parties who have requested the information. The RCDA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
