INVITATION FOR BIDS
ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT
The HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ELKINS, Elkins, West Virginia will receive sealed bids at its administrative office at Gateway Apartments, One Stoddard Avenue, Elkins, WV for it’s FY2022- 2024 Capital Fund Program – Physical Improvements – ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT, at its public housing development until 9:00 AM EST on June 27, 2024, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids received after 9:00 AM will be rejected. Work includes Modified Bitumen Roof Replacement on up to 6 apartment buildings and one office building, and associated work items.
