Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of June, 2024, at 9:00am, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Amie Lynn Durnell, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Amie Lynn Durnell to Damien Lynn Durnell. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.

The Panther Laurel Sale is located within Compartments 616 and 617, Greenbrier County, 20 miles North of White Sulphur Springs, WV, in the Greenbrier River Watershed. The Forest Service will receive Sealed bids
at Forest Supervisor’s Office, 200 Sycamore Street, Elkins, WV 26241 before or at the time of public bid opening at 2:00 PM local time on 06/27/2024 for an estimated volume of 455 CCF of Maple(SM, RM) sawtimber, 304 CCF of Hardwood – Other(BG, BB, Hic) sawtimber, 1684 CCF of Red & Black Oak(SO) sawtimber, 1769 CCF of White Oak(CO) sawtimber, 548 CCF of Eastern White Pine sawtimber, 537 CCF of Yellow Poplar(Cuc) sawtimber, and 2687 CCF of Pulpwood pulpwood marked or otherwise designated for cutting. Sale contains specified roads with an estimated public works construction cost of $123,356.65. Bidders qualifying as small business concerns under the Small Business Act may, when submitting a bid,
elect for the Forest Service to build permanent roads. Additional information concerning this option is in the prospectus. The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
