TO Christopher Bibey, the putative father, and/or any unknown father, of M.W. (DOB 05/21/2024) whose mother is Elaine Weaver. Be advised that a matter is pending in the Circuit Court of Barbour County, West Virginia, as case number 24-JA-29, involving your parental rights, if any. You must appear at a hearing scheduled for July 12, 2024 at 11:30am in the Circuit Court of Barbour County, located at Courthouse, Second Floor, 26 N. Main St., Philippi, WV 26416 and/or defend any such rights by serving a response upon the Barbour County Circuit Clerk or the Barbour County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, Drew Phillips, whose address is PO Box 116, Philippi, WV 26416. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you, your parental rights may be forever terminated, and you may thereafter be barred from asserting any future claims for parental rights.”
