SECTION 001113 – ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Woodlands Development Group will accept sealed bids for the Woods-George Building – New Roof project located at 69 South Main Street, Philippi, West Virginia.
The work includes selective demolition of existing roofing and installation of a new EPDM roofing system across the entire building, covering approximately 2,000 square feet.
Sealed bids will be received by Woodlands Development Group, 316 Railroad Ave. STE 310, Elkins, WV 26241, until Friday, June 28th, 2024, 10:00 A.M.
All sealed bids will be opened and read aloud at the office of Woodlands Documents may be inspected, free of charge, at the following locations:

A pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, June 17th, 2024, 10:00 A.M., at the Woods-George Building, located at 69 South Main Street, Philippi, West Virginia. ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED.
Partial funds for this project are provided by the West Virginia State Historic Preservation Office. As such, all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations apply.
