Request for Proposal – Re-Roofing WV Wood Technology Center
The Randolph County Development Authority is requesting sealed firm commitment proposals for re-roofing the West Virginia Wood Technology Center – Office Section, located at 10 11th Street in Elkins, West Virginia. The size of the roof is approximately 7,000 square feet. The RCDA requests bids for replacement of the current rubber roof, which is approximately 30 years old. Interested parties may come inspect the current roof Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. by scheduling an appointment through the office. Contact information is listed below.
Proposals must include scope of work, general list of materials to be used, when the work would begin, anticipated construction time frame, total price, separate list of any contingency prices. Verification of contractor’s license and insurance will be required on the apparent low bidder prior to award of the contract.
Commitment proposals must be received by July 15, 2024, at 11:00 am. when they will be opened publicly and read aloud. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. The proposal opening will be held at the Randolph County Development Authority office, 10 11th Street, Elkins, WV 26241. Proposals must be sealed and hand delivered or mailed as follows: Randolph County Development Authority, c/o Roof Proposal, 10 11th Street, Elkins, WV 26241.
The RCDA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
