The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from VCG Luna, LLC., CON File #24-12-13027-A, to become the sole member of Amedysis West Virginia, LLC and Tender Loving Care Health Care Services of West Virginia, LLC. Capital Expenditure $28,746,330.
