Request for Sealed Bids
The Parkersburg Utility Board is seeking sealed bids for Contract 2024-01 – Ridgeway Avenue Fire Line project. The project consists primarily of the installation of 545 L.F. of 6-inch restrained joint water main.
Plans and specifications are available at the Utility Board office, 125 19th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101.
Proposals are to be submitted at the Utility Board office in a sealed envelope other than the mailing envelope on or before 10:00 a.m. August 9, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. The envelope shall be clearly marked Bid Enclosed – Contract 2024-01 – Ridgeway Avenue Fire Line.
The Parkersburg Utility Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any technicalities deemed in the best interest of the Parkersburg Utility Board.
