PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Vienna’s Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the program year 2023 – 24 for the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) i s available for public review. The CAPER outlines the expenditures of CDBG funds during the past program year (July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024) and outlines programs and accomplishments including individual project status.
The CAPER can be reviewed at http://vlenna-wv. com/portal beginning August 12, 2024.
The City will accept comments on the CAPER until August 23, 2024 . Written comments should be directed to City or Vienna CDBG Program, Attention: Finance Director, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105 or by calling 304-295-5070. The CAPER as well as any related comments will be sent to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development for their review.
The City will also hold a public meeting concerning the CAPER on August 27, 2024 at 4 pm i n the City Council Chambers of the City Building. This meeting will be held both live and via live stream. Pl ease go to the City of Vienna’s webpage and click on the live stream button. During the live stream, questions can be directed to 304-481-6409.
Vienna City Council will vote on this document on September 12, 2024 during I ts regular meeting at the Vienna City Building, 609 29thStreet, Vienna, West Virginia.
