ORDER OF PUBLICATION
On or about the 1st day of August 2015, A.R.C., the above-named child was born to Paige Corrigan. It appearing that the whereabouts of the mother and father are unknown, notice is hereby given that the above styled matter and that a hearing is scheduled in the above styled matter on the 9th day of September 2024 at 2:00 p.m, before the Honorable J.D. Beane, Circuit Court Judge of Wood County, West Virginia, in his courtroom located on the 4th floor of the Wood County Judicial Building, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia. Said proceedings may be continued from time to time as directed by the Court.
The mother and/or father must appear and defend their interests in the above styled matter on or before the aforementioned date and time or otherwise the above styled proceeding may, at any time thereafter, upon final disposition, result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the mother, Paige Corrigan, and unknown father, to the above-named child, A.R.C.
A copy of the Petition for Adoption may be obtained by the mother or father from the Circuit Court Clerk at the Clerk’s office, located in the Wood County Judicial Building, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
