It appearing in the above captioned civil action pending before the Circuit Court of Randolph County that Daniel Conrad is residents of the State of West Virginia, therefore notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of September, 2024, at 11:00am or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard. Jackie and Ginny Underwood, Petitioner herein, on behalf of the infant child of Daniel Conrad, will come for a Final Guardianship Hearing in tghe Circuit COurt of Randolph County West Virginia, for entry of a Final Order by said Court for Guardianship of the said infant child, at which time any interested party may appear and be heard if they so desire.
