Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of September 2024, at 10:15 am. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner(s), Jase Addison Burdette willl apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Jase Addison Burdette to Jase Lee Combs. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
