The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from VCG Luna, LLC., CON File #24-5-13068-A, to become the sole member of Housecalls Home Health and Hospice, LLC and to provide services in Calhoun, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood counties in WV. Capital Expenditure $2,624,920.
