Pursuant to the Orders of the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, entered in Civil Action No. 22-C-45 filed on April 3, 2024 and May 15, 2024, the undersigned Special Commissioner will, on Wednesday, the 25th day of September, 2024, at 1:30 o’clock p.m., at the front door of the Courthouse in Wood County, West Virginia, located in Parkersburg, West Virginia, offer for sale, at public auction, to the highest bidder, all that certain tract of real estate situate, lying and being in the City of Parkersburg, County of Wood, and State of West Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 16″ Locust, being a corner of Stevens’ and Yoho’s line, thence S. 39* 30′ W. 167.64 ft. to a pipe, being a point in Stevens’ land; thence at right angles in a westerly direction S. 55* 00′ W. 144.36 ft. to a pipe, being a point in Stevens’ land; thence at right angles in a northerly direction N. 24* 25′ W. 170 ft. to a pipe, being a corner in Stevens’ and Yoho’s line; thence at right angles parallel with Yoho’s line S. 55* W. 100 ft. to the place of beginning, and containing 0.47 acres, more or less.
TERMS OF SALE: Pursuant to the Order of the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, the minimum acceptable bid will be no less than Thirty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($37,500.00) cash, or good and sufficient check. The sale is subject to confirmation by the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia.
