An in-person hearing shall be held before this Court to address the Petition and to hear evidence on each Claimant/Respondent’s potentially relevant claims to the interplead funds on September 12, 2024, at 11:00 am., Wood County Circuit Court, Wood County Judicial Building, 2 Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia. Each such Claimant/Respon-
dent not appearing to state a claim at such hearing shall be forever barred from filing such a claim against GEICO Secure Insurance Company and/or its insured Jennifer Kay Conaway, and to Adrienne Conaway, the operator of the vehicle involved in the motor vehicle accident described in the Petition.
