In this cause, it appearing from the original file and the Petition for Termination and Adoption filed by the Petitioner, Terri Anne Green, that the Respondent, Allison Green, is believed to be a resident of Parkersburg, WV, or her whereabouts cannot be ascertained so that ordinary process cannot be served upon her, it is Ordered that said Respondent file an Answer with the Circuit Court of Blount County, Tennessee, and a copy with Petitioner’s Attorney, R. Brandon White, whose address is 216 Phoenix Court, Suite D, Seymour, Tennessee 37865, within thirty (30) days of the last date of publication, exclusive of the day of publication or a judgment by default may be entered and the cause set for hearing ex parte as to her. This notice will be published in the Parkersburg News and Sentinel in Wood County, West Virginia for four (4) successive weeks.
