Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on October 25, 2024, at the hour of 9:30 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
