You will take notice that WVTJ LLC, the purchaser of the tax lien(s) on the following real estate, Certificate of Sale: 2021-S-00000070, COAL 93 1/2 AC 1/2 UND INT L HILL(MAP 105-5), located in NEW INTEREST, which was returned delinquent in the name of MCCOGNAL JANET SLOAN &, and for which the tax lien(s) thereon was sold by the sheriff of Randolph County at the sale for the delinquent taxes made on the 19th day of October, 2021, has requested that you be notified that a deed for such real estate will be made to him or her on or after November 24, 2024, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount you will have to pay on the last day, November 23, 2024 will be as follows:
