The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital Corporation and Camden-Clark Physician Corporation, CON File #24-5-13120-P, for the development of an ambulatory health care facility in Parkersburg, Wood County, WV through the acquisition of the assets of a physician practice. Capital Expenditure $250,000.
Further information regarding the Letter of Intent, including the Certificate of Need application when submitted, is on the Authority’s website at www.hca.wv.gov.
