Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of October, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Emily Nicole Knotts, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Emily Nicole Knotts to Isaac Nicholas Knotts. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
