PUBLIC NOTICE
INSPECTION OF
ELECTRONIC SYSTEM
BALLOT AND VOTE RECORDING DEVICES
In accordance with the West Virginia Code 3-4a-13, Notice is hereby given that the electronic systems ballot and vote recording devices to be used for Early voting and Election Day voting for the General Election to be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, will be inspected on Friday, October 18, 2024 at 10 am in the Wirt County Commission room, located on the first floor of Wirt County Courthouse.
Any one candidate and one representative of each political party on the ballot may be present during such an examination.
